On April 26, 2025, JIMS Elite, in collaboration with Edumedha—the philanthropic wing of JIMS, Rohini—organized a Capacity Building Workshop aimed at empowering underprivileged youth with essential job readiness skills.

The workshop covered key areas such as digital marketing, AI tools, sales strategies, customer engagement, personality development, communication, and entrepreneurship.

A panel of over 20 distinguished JIMS alumni, currently working in reputed organizations across various sectors, led the sessions. Their insightful presence served as a source of inspiration and guidance for the Edumedha students, motivating them to dream big and push beyond their perceived limits.
